Ostankino Tower

Ostankino Tower is 540 meters TV and radio in Moscow, Russia

and it was built in 1967.

Part of its floor is made by glass, and we can see right at the foot of the tower.

Ostankino Tower had been the highest of tower for 10 years

till CN Tower was built in Canada.

So Ostankino Tower is the third highest tower now.

Euromast is a tower in Rotterdam, Netherlands.

It was built between 1958 and 1960.

Its foundations are made of 1900-ton concrete for safety.


Euromast is a member of the World Federation of Great Towers.



In Netherlands, there is a hardcore techno band whose name is Euromasters.

It is said that the name comes from the name of the tower
